I have been looking to move to LaPorte, IN and I have a friend of mine lives near one of your houses for sale.. She says that it has been sitting empty for around two years.... My husband is current working on fixing his credit and I am interested to know if you've considered rent/lease to own on your homes... We do have very good income...

What is the property address of the house you are referring to?
the house is 204 H St, LaPorte.... She said she's noticed that it has been empty for a long time (she believes about 2 years, and has had her eye on it cause its a beautiful home)
If the 204 H St house isn't an option would you be willing to do lease to own on any of your other homes? I need 3/4 BR and 1/2 Bath...
